Pop Sensibility

Hello guys, just passing buy to leave you some fine tunes. It's been a really busy first month of the year, but I will try to stop by with some fresh artists. Looking for an excuse to get together and have a good time, longtime Swedish friends Carl-Henrik Hallén and Daniel Nordh formed Kompis in 1999.

Blessed with a passionate love for electronic music, and confident in the knowledge that a pop sensibility is a blessing and not a curse, the duo unveiled their debut album in 2005.... This album could be from 4 years ago, but it sounds s
o good that I felt you guys should listen to it..

I wonder why this kind of artists aren't as famous as others...

Enjoy..

Almost a year ago, we introduced Sidechains to you along with some of his best tracks. Now its time to show you his latest and coolest remixes. Alex sent us all of them so you can enjoy them. If you didn't have them already grab'em all. Remember to give him Myspace love and I don't think I have to say it again to watch him really closely, because he is already big and getting bigger! Neon Talent revisited.

Enjoy.

MUDD

What's up riders... As always, here we are  with another round of great music. It's time to talk a little bit about  Paul Murphy a.k.a Mudd (Rong Music). Influenced  by  the sounds of Chicago and  New York house scene,  this talented respected artist only releases solid gold tracks.

You have probably listened  to "Adventures in Bickett wood" on James Murphy and Pat Mahoney's incredible Fabric mix or "Damn Flu" on the This is Rong music compilation, but this time I personally selected my favorite track to share with you.  54B is one of those tracks that you can listen at any occasion (you'll be the judge). This track was released in 2006 and it forms part of Claremont 56, an album that mixes a combination of incredibly relaxing disco house sounds and shows that there is no Wrong in Rong.

Enjoy!

The Neon Rider's Favorite Remixer of '08

This post is perfect to start the year and give theneonrider award for the best remixers of '08, eventhough their single got out at the end of 2007, we heard a lot from it during the year. You know who I'm talking about, Brooklyn's own Nick Millhiser and Alex Frankel aka Holy Ghost! (DFA Records) these guys gave us a lot of fun in the dancefloors with Hold On, their hit single produced by James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy but during the year they cut the finest remixes for important acts such as Moby, Curses!, MGMT, Cut Copy, Panthers and some others.

I'm writing this just to give you some of the tracks that we enjoyed the most during the year, we always play some of these remixes when we mix at parties and if you don't have any of them I suggest you get your hands on them, believe me pure gold.

Thanks to Holy Ghost! for giving us these great tracks and we know that 2009 is going to be a great year for them. Go give them some myspace love and check their tour dates because if they're in your town there's no excuse for you to miss it.

Holy Ghost! - Hold On (Blackjoy Mazego Groove)

Panthers - Goblin City (Holy Ghost! Disco Dub)

Moby - I Love To Move In Here (Holy Ghost! Remix)

MGMT - Of Moons, Birds and Monsters (Holy Ghost! Remix)

Curses! - The Deep End (Holy Ghost! Day School Dub)

Cut Copy - Hearts on Fire (Holy Ghost! Remix)

Finally their last gem.

Jazzanova - I Can See (Holy Ghost! Remix)

Epic post. Enjoy!
