Sweet as Sugar

Sugar coated lies is the new single from artist Christopher D Ashley one of our new favorite Neon Rider artists. He is the freshest and most exciting new artist to join Sunday Best Recordings (Grand National). Based in London, his hypnotic melodies will get in your subconscious for days.

After university, Christopher fell in love with vinyl, Warp records and the like. He rediscovered his passion for electro and fell in love with the music of Radioactive Man, Dexorcist, Evac, Hyde and Exakt. He also fell in love with the new disco revival, Lindstrom, Black Devil et al. It seemed obvious to him to buy vinyl by Luke Vibert, Richard D James and Keith Tenniswood – the latter of which can now be found playing in Christopher's live band.

100's & 1000's

Another Neon Talent for you, this time is the turn of Hundreds and Thousands. They make that sound that we love here at The Neon Rider, funky bass lines, arpeggio sounds, and danceable of course.

Joel and Blake are from Melbourne Australia. They've only been making music for 1 year and they will launch their first EP in November. Playing Live is a priority for them, and they're planning to add vocals to their tracks.

They listen to a lot of Australian acts, people like Pnau and The Presets, and new kids Ted and Francis. "We look up to the midnight juggernauts alot for what they have acheieved".

EARTH GIRLS is featuring on a new mix by label "BRIGHT LIGHTS BIG CITY" (futurecop), They've recently completed a remix for french act Numero the track being hit pop there original featured on the latest kitsune compilation.

So I'm going to leave you with 2 tracks and a remix, whick they kindly sent us. We're sure you're going to like all of them and make sure to visit their myspace and add them as friends, and as I always say keep en eye on all our Neon Talents they're going to be huge pretty soon, and some of them already are.
