Listen to Ganymed

We know that the album cover shown above could compete for one of the worst ever, but we are all about the good music and this time we would like to show you something spacey and rare. This time we selected for you Ganymed, a space disco band with incredible sounds. Believe us when we say incredible we mean it!

We didn't to find many information from them in English, except that they were from Austria, use to wear alien costumes on stage and were disbanded in 1983.

We were  able to get one of the records and we had to show some songs to you. Please listen carefully to death to the alien/up to heaven song. It starts really spacey and electro but the end of this theme has an intense rock sound that is just crazy.

Enjoy!

Invaders Must Die

The Prodigy is back! back with a new single from their upcoming album "Invaders Must Die". So after listening to it on Radio 1, I got the track and played it (I'm a huuuge Prodigy fan so i'll try to be objective). Its a Heavy track, meaning it has the usual deep bass sound, old school techno, and that kind of sound that Liam is famous of, besides you get the feel of a Dub/jungle influence and you can tell that Liam has been listening to the new electro. "The result is back to their bone shaking best, a collision of old skool rave noise with the stratospheric limits of new technology".

Liam Howlett, Keith Flint and Maxim all feature on the album, which is the first time since the release of Fat Of The Land in 1997. This new Album features collaborations like the albums before, like Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters and Does It Offend You Yeah?'s James Rushent. You'll be the judge of their new sound and we hope you like it, and get tickets for thier upcoming tour.

Enjoy.

Some Human Touch

Hey long time no see sorry but I've been really busy, no worries theneonrider crew promise to make it up to you this cold December to keep the chills out of your system. Our friends from Heads We Dance are back with their new single "The Human Touch" which just got out on Monday. We know that these guys gave us a really catchy electro pop and well produced song with "My Heart is Set on You", this time they are betting on a slightly different sound including some vocoders, a more hyped up beat but keeping their pop, futuristic sound which adds just the right ingredient to the mixture.

As I mentioned before they just released it and as a double treat we are giving you the b-side of this single which is called "You Are Never Alone With Model 21" which was mixed by Simon Gogerly who has also worked with artists like U2 and New Order so you'll know what to expect, this track reminds me a little bit more of their past single, very danceable and melodic electro pop combined with excellent vocals. This guys are hitting us with some good gifts to finish our year and we hope that they have an excellent 2009. Keep track on "The Human Touch" because some remixes are coming by the hottest acts like Sidechains, Louis La Roche, NeOn and Charlie Fanclub.

Now go enjoy this neonrider quality gifts, be the judge, give HWD some myspace love and check out there site for more information.
